Mendocino Garden Flowers Plein air watercolor. 15 inches by 22 inches on Arches 140lb cotton CP paper. This large watercolor was painted in the northern California coastal town of Mendocino. A small clay pot filled with garden flowers sat next to the doorway of the cottage where I was staying, and inspired an evening of painting while listening to the world series on the radio.
